Health and Safety.
Some items require adult supervision and should be kept away from small children due to potential choking hazards and cuts from sharp implements. Please also be advised that some items are packed in small, plastic grip seal bags. Whilst these bags will not cause suffocation on the same scale as shopping bags, they can present a hazard if chewed or placed near the face/nose. It is your responsibility as an adult to keep such items away from babies and children.
Choking Hazards.
Please be aware that many of the items sold by Crafty Corner are small, or easily broken into small parts, and could constitute a choking hazard. We strongly advise you to keep these items away from small children; the products we sell are for decoration only and are NOT toys to be used by children without an adult's supervision.
The Offensive Weapons Act 1996 - Under the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 it is an offensive for anyone in the UK under the age of 16 years old to purchase a knife or similar cutting tools that could be used to harm others.
In purchasing from this site, you are accepting the terms and conditions on this page and certify that, should you be purchsing a knife, you are over 16 years old and agree to provide Crafty Corner with truthful and accurate information and to act in accordance with the aforementioned act.
General.
By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by our terms and conditions, you must not use this website for any purpose.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions, but we reserve the right to refuse to supply goods or services at our discretion and without further explanation.
Offer and acceptance
A binding contract is formed between you and Crafty Corner when you receive confirmation from us by email, telephone or other means that your order has been placed and despatched. Please note that regardless of the name of the website you bought products on, this contract is between you and Crafty Corner.
Postage
Prices.
The price you pay for is displayed clearly on the website and includes VAT (Value Added Tax) for UK residents.
In the instance that our prices are displayed incorrectly, we will notify you of the error prior to despatch of the goods and give you the opportunity to cancel your order should you wish.
Delivery
We reserve the right to amend our mailing policy at anytime without prior notice.
Your order will normally be sent within 48hours. We will do our best to maintain stock levels but on occasion an item may be out of stock. You will notbe charged for this item and as we do not presently operate a back order system, you will need to re-order the item at a future date. New items are difficult to restock at short notice, particularly as some of our stock is from abroad.
Returns/Refunds and Cancellation of orders.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods if goods arrive damaged or are incorrect. We will replace or refund as required. Please Do Not Return Goods Without Contacting Us First.
We will issue you with a returns number, which should be clearly marked on the parcel when you are returning.
We are happy to refund items sent or ordered in error, providing they are returned in their original condition. If the items come in sealed packs these items MUST NOT BE OPENED or they cannot be credited.
If any returned goods arrive back with us in non re-saleable condition we may only offer a credit of 25% to be used against a future order with us.
You must pay for the cost of the returned goods and are responsible for their safety during transportation.
When returning items please be aware that Post Office Ltd will only cover items sent by recirded delivery up to a maximum compensation of £30. Items valued over this amount must be adequately insured and you must obtain a proof of posting as we will not accept responsibility for any lost in transit back to us.
Some items do not travel well in a jiffy bag, please ensure all returns are packed in suitable packaging and returned in rea re-saleable condition. We do not offer an exchange service.
Packages leave Crafty Corner in perfect condtion; we therefore do not accept responsibilty for goods damaged in transit, if packaging of your parcel is compromised then immediately contact your local post office, (if possible photograph the damaged parcel before opening it). Claims for damage caused to goods in transit must be made by you to the carrier responsible.
The above Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
